Applying a Systemic Team Coaching ® approach, our team coaching programmes focus not only on what is happening and needs to happen within the team, but also take the wider system in which the team operates into account: the wider business function and organisation, external stakeholders and broader eco-system, and the overall systemic context.

By coaching the whole team together and apart, we work in partnership with the team to align on its common purpose, collaborate effectively, engage with key stakeholder groups, benefit from its diversity, and respect the individuals that make up the team.

Our team coaching process works through the following key phases:

  • Scoping & inquiry – including relationship building and team diagnostics (through structured interviews and team psychometric tests)
  • Developing the team coaching agenda – in partnership with the team leader, the team and their primary stakeholders
  • Execution & engagement – ‘delivery’ of the team coaching agenda through individual and group coaching as well as participation in standing team meetings and events
  • Review, evaluation & learning

For team diagnostics and psychometric testing we use the Team Connect 360 questionnaire as well as the Insights Discovery questionnaire. Both will provide profound insights into the dynamics, preferences and relationships within the team and how key stakeholders outside the team relate to the team. For more information on these tools, please refer to the FAQs on this site.

The duration of our full team coaching programmes is anywhere between 3 to 12 months, even up to 18 months – and ideally gets agreed as part of the scoping & inquiry phase.
